Upgrade Optigo CS

In close cooperation with all parties involved with the Optigo platform development, we are pleased to announce important product improvements based on your feedback.

List of modifications

• Longer & differently shapes connectors on CS20
• Changed Schrader valve position in CS20.
• Small holes in CS20 casing are enlarged from 20 to 38 mm; moreover the positioning of the holes now allows them to be easily connected and are also on the top (picture 1).
• Adjusted position of the electrical connection box in CS30 in order to increase space on the collector side.
• Electrical defrost as standard for the 7 mm versions; This will soon be live in CAS with no price difference until end 2011
• Side panels CS30 reinforced with aluminium clips (picture 2); next side panels will be thicker.
• Improved quality of carton boxes & Alfa Laval logo printed on each box.
• Fans pre-wired to the connection box (very first units were delivered with unwired fans, that was a non-conformity).
• H/L fan speed selection: due to a bug in CAS it was not possible to select low fan speed; the bug is now fixed and CAS will be updated on the October 18.
• Driptray drain connection provided separately for transport reasons, to be connected during installation.
• Aluminium prepainted fins will be in available CAS on October 31.
• Full coil coating will available from week 49 and selectable in CAS with the closest possible release.
